1 whole barbecued Peking duck, in 2 styles. Don’t think you can change the 2nd dish cooking style. Lettuce wrap with mixed veg n duck meat. Lettuce itself is crisp, sweet and fresh. Wrap for the Peking duck is super chewy and moist. Best Peking duck pancake! Peking duck is juicy with the fats oozing in your mouth. Like having wagyu duck! Crispy skin which is deliciously good.
